*Take the time to explain how the claims process works, so you can make good,
informed decisions about your vehicle in a relaxed setting.
*Provide written materials and other tools to assist you in the claims process.
*Provide you with an estimate, if necessary, at your location.
*Set up a rental vehicle, when applicable, to meet you either at your office or
the location most convenient for you.
*Safely transport your vehicle to our production facility for you.
*Explain how the repair process works so you have a good idea of what to expect.
